About the company

A small software company with a public legal identity.

ZNIGAF LLC was organized on 28 April 2026 by filing Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State (original ID 2026-001963656). A Certificate of Organization was issued the same day. The company exists as a limited liability company under the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act.

The operating agreement names a single member, Abdelghafour Znigaf, who also serves as manager. That person has authority to bind the company to contracts, including Apple Developer Program agreements. The original organizer resigned after formation so that control sits with the member, not with the formation service.

We formed the company in order to publish software under a stable legal name: to hold intellectual property, to sign store agreements, to receive support mail, and to keep business records separate from personal finances. The LLC maintenance policy we follow is ordinary: title assets in the company name, use a company tax identification number for company accounts, keep minutes, and do not mix personal spending with company funds.

What we do

ZNIGAF LLC designs, develops, tests, and publishes consumer applications for iPhone and iPad. Current work concentrates on media playlist tools: software that reads user-supplied playlist files and plays the streams those files already reference.

We do not buy, host, or redistribute third-party channel catalogs. We do not market hidden features. Product copy on this site, in App Store listings, and inside the apps is meant to describe the same behavior.
