Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026. This policy is issued by ZNIGAF LLC (“we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: legal@znigaf.com.
1. Scope
This policy covers znigaf.com and related pages we host, emails you send to addresses on this domain, and software we publish unless a product screen points to a more specific notice. It does not cover websites or playlists that users open inside our apps; those are controlled by whoever published them.
2. Information we collect
We do not require an account to read this website. If you email us, we receive the address you use, the message, and ordinary mail metadata. If you call the published phone number, the carrier may show your number on our handset.
Server logs for this website may include IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested. We use this to keep the site available and to diagnose errors. We do not sell that data and we do not run advertising networks on this domain.
iOS apps we publish may store, on the device only, the last playlist URL the user entered and related cache files so the app can reopen quickly. That data stays on the device unless the user copies it elsewhere. We do not operate a user database of playlist URLs on ZNIGAF servers.
3. How we use information
We use contact details to answer support, privacy, and legal requests, to complete Apple Developer Program and App Store processes, and to keep company records required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not use messages you send us to target ads.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who host this website, deliver email, or process payments for the company, and only as needed for those tasks; with Apple when required for developer enrollment or app review; or when a law or court order requires it. Playlist files the user opens in an app are requested directly from the host the user specified, not from a ZNIGAF media catalog.
5. Retention
Support mail is kept as long as needed to finish the request and to maintain a reasonable business record. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Device caches are under the user’s control and can be cleared by deleting the app or using in-app reset if provided.
6. Your requests
Email legal@znigaf.com to ask what information we hold about you from correspondence, to request correction, or to ask deletion of support threads that are no longer needed. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
Our website and current products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new text at this URL. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the revised notice.
